RL Skincare have also ripped me off! I too ordered a sample for 5 that NEVER materialised and the next month I was also charged 69 for goods that have never been shipped.

I took it up with the bank and they said I must write to the company in question, which I have done asking for a full refund - which I do not expect to get)

I can take it up again with my bank after 30 days and I would advise anyone else to do the same.

If they don't respond I will contact Trading Standards and let them investigate.

Please do not let any one else get scammed by this bogus company, they suck and should be prosecuted.
