Baron Pest Solutions in Bullhead City Arizona is a company I used to work for. The reason Its used to work for? Hmmm none of my doings. I will get back to that soon but for now its the ripp off im reporting. I was a pest control tech for them being paid commission for each monthly acct of a lowsy 22% lowest of all time. But anyway. The thing is this. The company only pays us techs our money for "spraying" houses when they are paid by the customer.By paying us this way its easy to hide from the techs when or even if the customer pays them. But ultimetly they owe us 22% of all our work done.

Example if I did $550 worth of services in one day they would owe me $121 for that day. Say i did this everyday for 11 workdays which is a typical half month and they did pay us semi monthly. At that rate they would owe me $1331 for half a month paycheck. But when id get my check it would be$900 or so before taxes were taken out $799 after taxes. So id ask my manager whats up. He explained we dont get paid till the customers pay them. Ok fine. But after 3 months I expected the money to catch up by now. It never did. Matter of fact they fell deeper and deeper in debt to me.

Basicly stealing between $100 to $400 per payday plus forcing us to rent uniforms for $40 a month and netting us on that money as well. Well back to why im not working there anymore. The General Manager Matt Hanrahan forgot to send my app for my pest control licience to the Dept of Ag and then remembered when it was too late and I ran out of time to get my testing done. Idiots and thieves. And to boot the money they owed me for my last days they stole that too. They claim I signed a form that says i forfiet my last commissions. I found the form and there is no signiture. True theft and the labor dept is not doing anything about it. I lost my case because I didnt have legal proof of daily totals.
