Extra Health Family Plus
Tried to charge twice. Did not deliver. No reinbursement. Product[ health card] not useable in my area

I purchased the Health Family Plus card for my hispanic father in law with my master card over the phone for $ 170.00. A few weeks later the package arrived c.O.D. I refused to pay twice so the product returned to the company. After a few weeks of unreturned calls to the company to eitherhave the sent to me or to get my money back, without results I contacted the Florida Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals officein Tampa Bay. Health Family Plus refused to return calls from the Better Business Bureau. They also have refused to repay my master card after my master card company disputed their sale of the product to me.

Health family Plus has admitted to me by phone that there are no health providers in Oregon or Washington who accept this card. We have talked to someone else here in Oregon who purchased the card and has not been able to use it.

The Health Family Plus is advertised on the hispanic channel Univision. There is no mention in their advertisement or during purchase of the card that its use is limited to certain areasof the country. I amin the process of contacting various spanishhelp agenciesnow such as Programa Hispano and Hispanic News in order to findout if there are other hispanic families in this areawho have lost money to this company so that I may compile a list of names in order to take action.
