Promised i could get a $5,000.00 loan at 3%. Had a reference to call, a website, and did live chat with me all the time. I Western Union an advance fee and then he said that the deposit would be made... Then recieved an e-mail that said I had to pay more for some kind of tax certificate. Sent it like a fool and then recieved another e-mail saying that the tax $ was not sent in the 36 hour time frame and i would need to send more money. His name Nelson Timber... Watch out for him.
