I noticed the charge on my most recent credit card statement and when I tried to call the number they are only open Monday to Friday from 6 am to pm pacific time. I'm in Canada! But this experience is too similar to another charge on my credit card from Feb. 2011. I'm not waiting to speak to them. I called my bank and reported it as fraud. I'm getting a new credit card. Other companies to watch out for are MedCHelp.com; Healthstore.com; Novapay and DietMax. I think the innocent order I placed for a sample for a weight loss supplement (which I never received) has turned into this nightmare.
