Ripoff Slanderous statements, deceitful accounting, heartless refusal to negotiate in good faith

I have been under a doctor's care for depression since 1982. When seriously stressed the depression flares up, rendering me nearly mindless.

Due to several incidents which occured within 3 months (verbally abusive, manipulative psycho roommate, conned out of 10K by a smooth talker, destruction of two automobiles by said psycho roommate) I went into a deep depression and subsequently neglected to pay ANY bills, not just the rent. When I finally began to emerge I find that the landlords have begun the process of eviction.

I had lived in that termite infested, neglected house for FIVE years, making improvements (such as laying a paver-stone patio which cost $400 for the materials alone; replacing two ceiling fans, installing a shower door, faucet, tub spout because the cheap-a$ landlords never bothered to even think about taking care of the place).

I attempted to negotiate with the landlords, offering to catch up on the rent due in two payments, but with no success. I then contacted the attorney's office, asking for a return call to discuss the matter. The COURTESY of a return call was never received.

Arriving at court I find the wife, Marie Solymosi, telling everyone who would vaguely listen what a bad person I was. The self-important, money-grubbing old bag has NO CLUE what it is like to be depressed one's entire life. Her spineless excuse for a husband does the "smile at your face, then stab you in the back" routine on a continuous basis. Needless to say I was totally demoralized and had little to say, the result being a judgement against me (the psycho roommate skates again) and the loss of a residence which wouldn't be that big a deal IF I didn't own a dog and cats. Has anyone tried to move in a few short days, especially here in the EL SEGUNDO area where no one wants to rent to a pet owner?

My advice to anyone is to beware of the SOLYMOSI's - they are, in my opinion, totally inhuman.
