If filling this out for my grandmother, she had cancelled her subscription with them two years ago, and she has been billed ever month 29.95 for the last two years. She dosent know how to stop them from billing her account. Their phone number dosent work. And she cant cancel her bank acc. Because she gets social security and other important things though that acc. Even cancelling through email did nothing. They are still billing her!
