I was also scammed by this company, I was charged $69.95 on my credit card for an item that I did not order or receive. I too am having problems getting someone to do any thing about. I have two phone numbers that you might try. 877-311-4798 and 800-514-6993. You will actually get to speak to someone and they will tell you that they will credit your account but I have not seen the credit yet. I make sure I call them everyday and will keep doing so until something is done about it.
