Be warry of their claims. You can not talk to a person for problems. The Techs. Online try and try again but never resolve the problem. When the phone/device is in use a caller is told by a recording that: "they have reached a number that is not in service" The device does make calls but don't use it for any business, your customers will think that you are out of business. * buyer beware *
