Refuses to give me all my money back!

Buffalo Child owes me $530 since 2008. His last excuse was in November, when he told me can't pay me cause needed new tires. Since November, till April, sometimes I asked him (nicely) when he plans to return my money, but he never responded. And he could say at least, I don't have it or something like that. Till my son on April 6th, posted on his Facebook to pay!!! Then he reacted with nasty post, bunch of lies and blocked me.
I don't have any contact with him such as phone #, address, etc. I was trying to solve this with him but he is ignoring me. I hope someone who knows him will provide me with such information so this case can be solved. I tried also his friends to help me resolve this with him, his family, but nothing worked. This guy is FAKE... Talking about God, honesty, but he is a LIAR to the core. He don't have a job and is using women to get money.
P. S: I found out that he owes money also to other people and he should pay back also to other people that he owes money as well.
