I ordered 2 bags on Sunday 7 17 and was emailed two days later that 1 bag was no longer available, would I like to choose another and accept a free coin purse as well? I responded I would prefer a refund and asked when my bag would be shipped. An email sent the next day said a refund would take up to a month because it was an international business and money was exchanged through many avenues. (only not so grammatically correct) my respondent sounded Asian. They also stated they would get me a tracking number soon. That was 5 days ago! I resent an email today (7 27) stating I wanted to know shipment date or I would cancel payment. No response..
