Gerald Nelson, United Nations, Lagos, Nigeria, email: geraldnelson1@yahoo.co.uk; claimed to be affiliated with Barclays Bank, London, awarded me my Benef. Fund Registered Letter, telephoned me continually, quoted me a pmt. Plan through Western Union, advising me each transaction he recvd the money, assuring me if I could not afford the fees, he would along with Barclays Bank return my pymt funds. I could not complete the pmts due to complications, and constantly requested my payments be returned to me by Gerald Nelson or Barclays Bank. I contacted the Federal Deposit Insurance C. Of New York, and the FBI, both concluded I was scammed, I begged and begged Gerald Nelson and Barclays to return my money, no answer. I lost my telephone usage, no money for rent, no car, and no job.
