The deals they were describing to me sounded wonderful and I joined thinking that I would get those wonderful deals but it turned out I was misled and misinformed. I received no great, wonderful deals as they talked to me and now I don't know how to stop them from taking 19.99 out of my VISA. I want to quit the membership and get my money back but I don't know how. I just want them to stop taking money out of my charge account and refund me the money they already took.
