I noticed an unauthorized charged to my debit card, I looked up the billing agency and called them they were told I gave no permission to charge my card, they informed me the charge was pending and when it was finalized they would return my money. To date they still have not returned my money and I even threatened to file credit card fraud against them. But it seems they are a foreign company and exempt from U S laws
