Police State, Nazi practicies Anywhere

I have been watching & reading the news over the last several years and have come to this conclusion. We are slowly but surely being turned into a POLICE STATE. Our Freedoms & Rights are being slowly eroded by our fear of CRIME & Society. We are allowing the Police and Law Enforcement to have the FINAL SAY on many aspects of our life's. We have passed the PATRIOT ACT which has taken away some of our FREEDOMS in the name of Terrorism. Now the FBI are demanding that the Internet be reshaped to allow them to conduct more easily WIRETAPS and MONITORING. Remeber the FBI Project several years ago called CARNIVORE or something like that. Was finally shelved (Maybe, Maybe Not???) because of Political Pressure & Public outcry. These are all signs of how we are allowing the USA to become a NAZI RUN STATE of Stormtroopers. Our court systems are setup for High Volume, Low Justice type of work.

The PLEA-BARGAIN over 90% or more of cases cause the system would TOTALLY FAIL if people would DEMAND their rights & get their day in court. We have also given LAW ENFORCEMENT the right to Sieze your Property & keep it for their own use thru Forifeture Laws. You can actually have property Siezed and kept without ever being charged with a CRIMINAL OFFENSE. There are cases where people had LARGE amounts of Cash & because of this they were branded as CRIMINALS, had their CASH siezed & the Forfieted without ever being charged with any Criminal acts. If this trend continues & things dont change, in a few years we may see Sci-Fi things as a reality. Police being able to track you 24x7 with a Chip Implant, all your Information including what your purchased & when, where you went almost 24 hours a day will be available to them. WHile they will claim this is assisting VALID MERCHANTS & others in helping you, it will also be used against you if they decide you are to be the next victim of their QUOTA SYSTEM. You see, if they dont do so much work, well then we dont need as many people in their Dept (Kinda like any Business) so they will lose Head-Count. So they have to be a little Overzealous at times to keep up their Workload and make sure they can continue to have a job. Kinda hard for some people when their Jobs are being Offshored to Foriegn Countries & given to people who have HATED us in the past & probably continue to do so.

Well it is time to WAKE UP & SMELL THE COFEE. Think about these things & comment appropriaetly.
