Someone named Perry Smith is posing to be employed with a Secret Shopper agency and trying to employ people through Craiglist and other job-related sites. He sends checks out to people, and at first they clear, but then they bounce and the person who cashed it is left responsible for the money. He asks the people to wire the money to strange places through MoneyGram or Western Union.
