Contacted bank of america. They contacted cennethelp (possibly a legitimate net billing operation) but cennethelp INSTANTLY agreed to cancel the charges without being able to tell me in detail what charges were for. I did research on my own and found out mostly adult websites none of which I had ever heard of. If I had been a valid customer why not tell me when the acct was established, when the site was accessed etc. Clearly, someone was trawling for money.
