I received order when I actually never ordered the item. I did not continue on after entering my info, I closed the session. However, to my dismay they took the money out of my account and now absolutely reused to pay by. Every time I call, "oh you will be getting a paper check" I ask why they won't refnd via my credit card, thjey cannot do that. They're quick to charge the card, but not so quick to return money. I do have an e-mail that states "your refund has been processed" from May. Still no money. They are theives and are taking people for granted, besides robbing
