I went to check on a gift card i had and found this transaction being debited from it for the amount of 27.72. Not much, but still mine! I check my email and get something asking me to confirm something or another by clicking on this chat link, so I did. After about 30 minutes of waiting for them to answer my initial inquiry, I got told by Moolin, you no happy we give back money. 2-3 hours. Ok. I can handle that... It's been a lot longer than that.
