It really do sucks they tell you thatyou have to pay for shipping the cd and than after that you payed you don't have to have the cd you can do it online after that you do this application than you have to write a letter stating why you need it which you already did on you application and charge you $40.00 a page which they don't tell you than you contact them they don't have no idea what you are talking about than they give you a stuip website for someone to help you than don'tand come to find outthe web. Doesn't exist. I want my money back stop trying to get over on people because the comes back in your face. Charge you for every page for the reason you need a grant if you have that money yo give them keep it to yourself waste of time something that would pisses you off.$100
