I had gotten on ancestry.com for a 7day free trial and gave them my bank info and had to cancel within the 7 days within 4days i went back on ancestry.com and took off my bank info than on sat 23 archives.com took out 39.95 from my bank which i had not given them my infomation so i called them and spoke to a guy name joe which he lied and said that he had sent a email to my friends computer on july 15 which was never sent to uswhich i told him that i wanted my money back which he refused to refund my money so i ask to talk to a manger which he said that he dont think it was necessry which i told him it is cause you have took my money without me given them my infomatiom he was very rude and made me very mad that i got anger and he hang up please look into this matter for me cause it is inlegal for them to ripp people off like they are doing to me i think that they should be out of bussiness you can even see that i was not on there web site thank for your time into this matter Daniel C Gaffney
