Clicked on "free shipping is available" at checkout from red envelope, found out that it was a hassle and forgot about it. Was charged $12.97 twice, once in June and again in July. No email asking if I wanted to use this service after the first stating the free trial and no follow up when I did not use it. When I requested a refund thru customer service I recieved a cancellation email but no refund. Not happy!!
