I was scamed by someone in the army who claimed to be a captian in darfur sadan and in order for him to come home on leave i would have to send $550.00 for the forms and after that was done to send the mtcn number for the frist form and then send $3.500.00 which was all refundable when he arrives in my country i was told that he was ordered to leave camp. Because his leave went through and he couldnt stay at camp
