Brakes fixed

This past saturday i had my back brakes fixed, i waited for 2 1/2 hours, an hour longer than I was told, and about 5 miles down the road i wrecked because my front wheel came completely off. They sent someone to get me with a jack. The guy started to jack my truck up like he was just gonna put the tire back on and send me on my way.in the end they told me they fixed the problems from the wreck and i asked them for paperwork on what they fixed and i was told they had none. This business is horrible.
