I ordered what i thought was Rosetta Stones Spanish language kit for $170, and received french instead. No contact information was legitimate, so there is no way to exchange it, or refund. When calling the official Rosetta Stone people, they confirmed that the site is fraudulant and selling discontinued language kits that are no longer compatible with their interactive programs. So with the wrong merchandise received, the credit card company says there is nothing they can do to get me that money back!!!
