I had this Company come out and they told me I needed Freon from the start. He said he had to put 3lbs of Freon and it would take around 2 hours before I would notice a difference in the unit cooling. As of the next day the unit never cooled the house down. I called them back and they said they would be back on Thursday at 12:00 noon.instead they showed at 11:00 and I wasn't at home when he came back, but the rep said he had added some additional Freon. He also said do to the hot conditions there wasn't much more that could be done. After speaking with a buddy of mine he said he had been scammed by this same company for $700.00 on a chimney repair. He also went on to say that the rep would tell him he would be out at one time and then call and say he was just leaving for which he would never show up. Now I must find another company to come out and fix my problem. Owners beware, please stay away from this company!
