Contacted by Vacation International "Howard Gibson" that they had a buyer for our property, which they seemed to know what we owned. If interested they would have an "escrow" company contact us to protect us and buyer through the transaction. "Sean Goodwin" from Alliance Title services contacted and went into great detail to the service and how they protect you. Closing date set, just prior Sean called and stated money needed to be wired for administrative... Tranfer fees of title. Unfortunately we sent the money we really couldn't afford to loose (dah! Why we were trying to sell in the first place). Closing day, no money transfered to our account and surprise the scam scummers have cancelled their phones... We have reported to our time share company, bank and "competition bureau" government in Canada. Hopefully these scam scummers can be caught and held accountable for hurting honest people.
