Tina Jones Holmes is a liar and scam artist. I posted to rip off a few months ago about her and this is to make an update about her. Now she has moved to Tampa Florida and trying to sell Highland Lynx kittens to people and still promising REFR papers and of course she has no intention of sending those papers to anyone. She just wants to say she is a good breeder and but really she is a no good back yard breeder that makes promises to other breeders that she has no intention of fullfilling. So Buyer Beware if you are a breeder she will not send you REFR papers. She just trys to make everyone feel sorry for her and blames everyone else for what she has done to people.
