This is an update. I called the number on medchelp.com (800-349-3027) and they said they'd take this charge off my card within 7-10 business days. This is the 2nd time they've charged me without my permission. The 1st time was on 6/28 and the charge was taken off when i called them the next day. We'll see how it goes this time around.
Bty. I couldn't get through on the phone last night so i tried the live chaton the website and she said she couldn't find any records for me.
When i called thismorning all i had to do was give them the last 4 numbers of my card and my name. I think that's the way it went last time.
