Customer service sucks

Magic Jack customer service is nothing but a bunch of morons! They give you automated responses after you tell them the same thing 10 times over. Sine day 1, been having nothing but and their support is merely nothing bunch of mindless idiots.

Be prepared to be transfered about 100 times, with the next person asking you the same questions and then transfering you again.

Good theory of service, the item works sometimes, but their customer service and support suck!
