Sent them a old timepiece that was my grandfathers back in Oct. I would call them and never get a call back, finally in May I finally got someone on the phone. I was told my watch had sold in May sometime, they asked me to send copy of my drivers licience so the could send me payment. Since then I can't. Get them on the phone, they will not answer any e-mails Since then I have found out their are many complaints about them. They have pretty much stole my watch.
