I recently applied for a auto loan with my area credit union. They approved my loan but at a very high interest rate and i asked for an explanation because i have excellent credit and could not understand.

They explained to me that there was an account in collections from rjm acquistions. I do not know who they are but there is a 298.00 account on my credit report and i don't know how they got my social security number seeing that i have only had it since 1996.

I have read some of the other reports about them and i have never ordered anything from fingerhut or otherwise.
