Greg De Vine and his son Derek De Vine grossly overcharged my husband and me for plants and services. When they charged us to fix an irrigation breakage for which our contractor was responsible, we told them they would need to go through the contractor. The contractor refused to pay because he had not authorized the repair and the fee was exorbitant. Derek De Vine and 2 other workers proceeded to trespass on our property, cut two irrigation lines, break a water main and steal many succulents we had paid for.

In addition to this criminal act, here are other complaints:

1) Every quote given to us was incorrectly calculated in their favor
2) They were bringing plants from their home and pressuring us to buy them
3) Greg De Vine tells long stories about irrelevant things and is not attentive to the clients' needs
4) Told us he was planting fragrant flowers by our bedroom, but the flowers have to scent at all
5) Was planting $100.00 - $300.00 plants without alerting us first and then refusing to take them back
