I made a purchuse to recieve a product for an online game that I play. There services say that you will recieve your purcahse within 30mins-12hours. It has been over a week since I made the purchase. And I have asked for a refund several times within the last 3-4 days and have yet to recieve a refund. As soon as I mention refund or I want my money back, they say that so and so is working hard to obtain my purchase, and it will be ready by tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came after them telling me this 7 days in a row. Now everytime I try to talk to them, they block me. Or dont respond, they did call me once, befor all this trouble, and they barely spoke any english. They had a think japaneese accent. Not to mention the horrible customer service tehy provided everyday I talked to them.
