After being ripped off $99 like everyone else I used my extensive internet investigative abilities and discovered the names / addy's of people involved. They have offices in a scummy part of Vancouver (I live in Vancouver) so drove down and walked in and videoed the entire encounter. They are on the run - I nailed them!
Depending on my "refund" I shall choose what to upload to You Tube of the names / pictures of employees and management and the videos I took of the mission!
