Applied for a loan. Got a call saying I was approved for a $15,000 loan. I submitted a form by fax with the information they requested, ssn, DOB, etc. Then they said I needed to pay three month payments in advance because it was a non-secured loan. The payee was in Jamaica. I then got calls from Jamaica saying I needed to send more money. This was repeated over and over until I finally woke up and realized it was just a huge scam.
