David Cohen claimed to guarantee a $10,000 loan by using collateral of paying a year's worth of payments up front that had to be wired to Jan Lottman in Seville Spain. The $10,000 was to be electronically deposited to our checking account in 24 hours. Nerver the less the deposit was never made.
