Charged me 25.98 for shipping and handling after telling me the charge would be 4.33. I feel that this is a scam even though it is not a lot of money. It is the principle.
They told me it would be 3 to 6 weeks backordered because they were so busy. Today, July 9, I received an invoice from them that it had already been shipped. I called them to refuse the order and they said I would have to pay the shipping and handling even if I did send it back. I called my Visa Service that I had charged to. They told me they would refund my money, even on the shipping and handling, after I sent it back. I do not think th is is fair for Visa to pay for it. I see it as a scam from Genie Bra.
