Ripoff

Much to the dismay of my Husband, I purchased the SewSmart from a TV infomercial. Well I got the big "I told you so". The thing worked one good time and hasn't worked since. I, of course, tried to contact the company for a resolution, but to no avail.

I was only a little surprised to see that others had been ripped off as well. I sure hope that the people that actually take the time to execute these type of scams are able to sleep well at night. They obviously don't know, or I guess care, about the inconvenience that they cause others. It is really just a shame. But my comfort comes in knowing that even if I may not receive any type of a resolution, they will have to answer to a higher power!
