We were told that RCI had a buyer for our timeshare. We were to pay $2500.00, which we did and we would receive the purchase price of $25,000.00 for the sale of the timeshare. We still have the document indicating that we would get our money back within 60 days from 2/16 if the property sale did not finalize. To this date 7/3 we have not be able to recover any of our money. We have reported this to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs in the state of Florida. We also reported this to the Orange County Police and a detective. We would very much like to recover our $2500.00. We have the various documents to prove dates, etc.
