The refriderator cooling is faulty. This causes the freezer to quit making ice and the water feature to stop. Requires a maintainence call. We have the RS2520SW which we purchased from Home Depot. We see that there is a class action on these (numerous models) and we believe others should know before buying a Samsung or if they too have had to call to have the system defrosted manually by a repair man. The repair only lasts for a short period of time before it happens again. Happened again today after repair on 4/30. Repairman wrote (Clear defrost drain, build up causing poor air flow)
