This is s timeshare rental scam. The $398 is a credit card charge exchange fee for use of timeshare weeks for which I was to be paid.
Reportedly medical or other groups want timeshare weeks in Mexico or some other place for conferences. The travel period was to be May 23-May30 and payment was to be in June. However, when I try to contact Global Travel Service about payment I get put on hold, transferred to music or a hang up.
Globaltelefonia@gmail.com is also part of the scam.
