Letter sent to my son in WA state from Portfolio Rec. Agency stating I owed $607.66. I live in Anchorage, AK where they are calling me. They have been calling early in morning on living room phone. I received a call and was able to answer. The agency said I owed money to Providian Visa Card. I stated I have never had a card with them. At the time of 8-16, when I was suppose to have taken the card out, I was unemployed and waiting for Social Security Disability to start. I never took out a card, and would not be eligible (bad credit) to receive a card.
