As so many others with the same complaint. I too was charged $99 without full disclosure to it. They reel you in with the penny bids then charge $99 without your full knowledge, warning or disclosure. When you are aware of it and dispute the charge you are sent a response of 'no refunds" This is obviously how they make their money, it's a scam and ripoff. There should be a class action lawsuit and it should be publicized to prevent and warn others to their unethical practices. I'd join in a heartbeat. I am in the process of disputing and fighting the charge through my banking establishment. The unauthorized charge was June 13.
