I called this company to let them know that I never ordered or received any products from them. I was guaranteed that I would see a credit on my statement. The man's name was Malcolm. I waited 2 weeks and called again to say the credit was not posted. They kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then came on the line to say they were busy and the call volume was high (no surprise) and someone would call me back. I told them, no way. I called my credit card company, changed my acct. Number and that hopefully is that.
