I accepted a free except for shipping/handling ($6.95) online offer from Royalty White to try their teeth whitening product. It burned my tongue and gums. I called to cancel and was informed that I had missed the cancellation period. I was never made aware of the 14 day cancellation period upon ordering or even after I received the product. I have called they company twice to get a credit and they hang up on me, leave me on perpetual hold or tell me I have to prove that I have called and produce my call records. This is not ethical business practice and I have notified the District Attorney of Denver 6/23 about my wish to sue the Royalty White. Do not accept their "free trial". It isn't free and even if you call to cancel they won't validate your phone call to cancel.
