I was looking for a simple dress to get married in something that I could afford only working part time at a fast food place. I stumbled across periwing.com it looks pretty legit and I found a dress I really liked at a cheap price. Once I signed up with them and submited my order I seen that to be shipped to the US as well as a few other areas was free. It wasn't until after my package was stopped and is being held captive for an additional 171 US dollars by spain that I realized I was scamed. They do tell you that you may be responsible for duties but they do not tell you that said duties could run quite so high. If I wanted to pay that much for a dress I am just going to wear to the justice of the peace I would have gone to a wedding dress shop close to where I live and bought an actual gown instead of an aisan style evening gown I thought could do in a pinch. As a result I lost 13.99 which you may say come on suck it up it was just 14 bucks but when you make as little as I do it might as well have been 1300 instead and my dress is sitting some where in spain. I am so bummed. Had they advised me that this could be the case I would not have ordered the dress. But they didnt give me that option. They suck you in with veild lies so they can make a buck. And now when I try to get onto their website I just get error messeges saying the site may be down or changed.
