False Advertisement - Rite Aid Ice Cream

You are selling two different batches of ice cream. Your pre-packed half gallons in the freezer are not the same as the cones at the ice cream counter. Which one is the award winning ice cream? It seems to me that if I want the real award winning ice cream, I'll have to pay extra and have it hand packed. That's Not Rite!!!
