I purchased a game through HP Games. After downloading the game, and playing it the first time whenever I try to play it a message comes up that the game is running. The game is not running on my computer! I have been trying to contact their support group for days now and they are very evasive I cannot get an E-mail through to them I keep getting error messages and other evasive messages!
