I went to their website because they advertised free registration. Like other auction sites I thought they had to have my C.C.information in case I ever won an auction man was I fooled. When I got my statement in the mail I had a 99.00 charge on there so I called them and they told me that in their terms and conditions it states that I have to buy a bid pack and that it is not refundable, so I emailed them threats and called them but I would get the same canned respionses. I kept emailing them attached copies of the attorney general complaint and the BBB complaint that I had made and finally I recieved a letter stating I would get a refund in 5-7 days and I did. Also the BBB sent back a letter with the companies response saying they were sorry that i was confused about the situation and that they issued me a refund...
